The Glimmery

The Glimmery is where the crew’s Arcs wait. The instruments here are one of one: each fashioned from a thing that had a life in Halloway, each seating a flame of its own color, each with its own name. Claim one and it's yours: it rides with you every night, and its name rides with your catches — until you return it to the racks, or trade your claim for another. First come, first served; when the racks are empty, more are fashioned. Until you claim, you carry the standard Marigold Arc, same as every glimjack on their first night.
