By using Cazamuertos (the “Game”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
Cazamuertos is provided “as is” and may change, break, or be unavailable at any time. Your progress — profiles, compañero nicknames, and wrangle attribution — is meant to persist from season to season; in rare cases (bugs, abuse, or data corruption) individual records may still be corrected or removed.
Cazamuertos is built around the Los Muertos World collection of digital collectibles. Collection names, art, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Game reads public blockchain data (collectible ownership and Graveyard staking) to personalize play. It does not provide financial or investment advice, does not custody your assets, and never asks you to approve a blockchain transaction. Connecting a wallet is read-only, plus an optional sign-in signature. Nothing in the Game is an offer, solicitation, or promise of value. Wrangling a muerto, “bringing it home”, and every mark on the Chalk are game records and score, not ownership: they never move, mint, transfer, or grant any collectible, and they give you no right to any collectible you do not already hold.
Don't abuse, attack, or attempt to exploit the Game or its services; don't use it to break the law; and don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
Usernames, compañero nicknames, and messages you submit are your responsibility — keep them appropriate. We may edit or remove content that violates these terms.
The Game is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.
The Game occasionally runs free digital-collectible giveaways through the Game Vault. Each giveaway is governed by the Giveaway Terms in addition to these terms. Entry is free and earned through play; see the Giveaway Terms for eligibility, winner selection, and prize details.
We may update these terms; continued use of the Game means you accept the changes.
